Aviation's First 4-Place Oxygen Concentrator System - with Oxygen Injection

Introducing Automatic Digital Flow Control - Aithre Turbo Installed Reading Aviation's First 4-Place Oxygen Concentrator System - with Oxygen Injection 2 minutes

Aithre is super proud to announce the development of the first Turbo 4-place oxygen maker with oxygen injection.  This system combines two Turbo Oxygen Maker units and a single composite pressure vessel to achieve a virtually unlimited oxygen supply.

One Turbo O2i system serves the left side of the aircraft and the other Turbo O2i serves the right side of the aircraft, with the pilot and copilot having access to virtually unlimited concentrated oxygen of 1 LPM each.  The O2i oxygen injection system employs a composite bottle to inject oxygen to boost the concentrated oxygen output for higher altitudes and for backup in case of electrical failure.

The entire system is controlled and monitored by a single Healthview or by the Aithre Connect iOS app.  The new Healthview features dual serial channels for each Turbo O2i to ensure flow rate, internal temperature, oxygen pressure, and other relevant parameters are reliably monitored in a single instrument.

The system features backup continuous flow oxygen sourced from the same composite oxygen bottle that supports injection layering.  The Aithre regulator on the oxygen bottle includes a separate flow meter that bypasses the Turbo systems for direct access to bottled oxygen using an emergency cannula port.

Recommended altitude limits are as follows:

Oxygen Maker Mode Only: Up to 18k MSL for two people and up to 15k MSL for four people.

Oxygen Injection Mode: Up to 18k MSL for 4 people.

Total power draw is 80W per system and each can be turned on independently, for a maximum draw of 12 Amps combined at 14V.  The system is currently limited to 14V aircraft systems and requires at least 12V to operate.  For aircraft using 24-28V systems, a separate converter is required.

Weight of the entire system is 17 lbs, including the bottle and both Turbo O2i systems.

Service life of the Turbo O2i systems is 2 years or 2000 hours.  A mail in exchange or sieve replacement is provided by Aithre.
