HealthView II Biometric Avionics and Oxygen Control System
Available now and shipping September 2025 is the Healthview II with the Air Avionics ATD-57.
The HealthView is the first dedicated avionics display for health information, including gauges for blood oxygen levels, heart rate, respiration rate, flow rate, cabin pressure, cabin temperature, carbon monoxide levels, oxygen tank pressure, and wing tip temperature/dewpoint spread - and the first and only dedicated avionics display that controls and interfaces with both the Turbo oxygen maker and the AVI on-demand oxygen systems via dedicated serial connections.
This powerful avionics display is approved under NORSEE for all Part 23 aircraft, including pressurized aircraft, and all experimental aircraft, to help you monitor the health parameters that are most important to your mission.
The Healthview II with the Air Avonics ATD-57 instrument fits within a standard 2.5" cutout to output all Aithre oxygen and biometric health information and provide a rich set of controls over the Avi and Turbo oxygen systems.
The Healthview II with the ATD-57 features 42 customizable color health fields across 6 custom pages with per station control of oxygen dosing and Turbo injection control. All Aithre devices and their associated data will display either via BLE or the serial communication channels, including Shield, Metis, Avi, Turbo, and Illyrian products.
The HealthView II works as a standalone device for cabin pressure altitude, using an internal barometric pressure sensor. But, the real power lies in the HealthView II's ability to dynamically expand to feature any available Aithre device, wirelessly and with or without use of the popular Aithre Connect iOS App. The HealthView II is compatible with all Aithre devices, including the Shield series of carbon monoxide detectors, the Illyrian oximeter, the Meso oxygen pressure, the AVI oxygen systems, the Metis wingtip temperature/dewpoint sensor, and the Turbo oxygen maker. Up to six Illyrian oximeters can be linked to the HealthView II at any moment. Many of the connections are wireless, but the HealthView II also features serial channels that link directly to the AVI built-in oxygen systems or the Aithre Turbo oxygen maker systems.
When used with the built-in AVI oxygen systems, the HealthView II outputs flow rate per station and controls the same using dedicated serial communication, including pulse dosage based on pressure altitude and blood oxygen saturation levels. For advanced AVI oxygen users, the HealthView II provides an auto mode functionality that automatically turns the oxygen on and off on a station-by-station basis, using parameters of pressure altitude, SPO2, heart rate, and carbon monoxide.
When used with the built-in Turbo with Oxygen Injection (O2i) system, the HealthView II outputs flow rate, temperature, and fault indications. The injection mode operates with the O2i to begin supplementing the concentrated oxygen output with pressurized oxygen, beginning above a user defined altitude.
The HealthView comes standard with a single serial channel for either a Turbo or AVI system connection. With 4-place Turbo systems and AVI/Turbo hybrid systems, the HealthView is adapted to include 2 serial channels that are usable to interface with each Turbo or both AVI/Turbo combinations.
You'll be proud to feature the elegant Healthview II on your panel and it won't tax your battery, alternator, or useful load. Power requirement is only 50 mA (0.05 A). Dimensions are 61mm x 61mm x 31mm and weight is approximately 6 ounces.
Wiring is simple with only power and ground required. Optional wiring includes serial TX, RX wires for use with the Aithre Turbo or the Aithre AVI.
The Healthview I or HealthView II is standard with all AVI and Turbo O2i oxygen systems.
