eDOT Carbon Monoxide Panel Light Indicator for HealthView III

The HealthView III includes carbon monoxide detection with serial, analog voltage, and Air ATD avionics output.  Additionally, the HealthView III supports an optional eDOT carbon monoxide panel light indicator that will glow blue, amber, or red depending on the levels of carbon monoxide in the cabin.  This additional indicator can call attention to unsafe carbon monoxide levels as digital readouts on the EFIS can sometimes be missed.  

While the same light indicator is used in the Shield eDOT 5.0, this product listing is only for the light indicator and placard and does not include the carbon monoxide sensor.  The HealthView III provides the carbon monoxide sensor technology and controls this optional panel indicator light.  If a standalone carbon monoxide detector is desired without the HealthView III, the Shield eDOT 5.0 remains available and includes the carbon monoxide sensor and the panel light indicator.

The HealthView III includes the Shield carbon monoxide sensor technology and detects carbon monoxide from 1-255 PPM with a calibrated accuracy of +-15% or better.  The resolution is 1PPM and response times are around 30 seconds up and down.  There is no recalibration for at least 10 years as there is no liquid reagent or other consumable.  This is the most accurate and responsive carbon monoxide detector on the market for aviation.  

The HealthView III will output the carbon monoxide levels via the eDOT CO panel light indicator in the following color bands.

• BLUE: 0-10 PPM
• YELLOW/AMBER: 11-50 PPM
• RED: 51+ PPM
